Thank you for Volunteering!Welcome to the St. Luke Annual Festival volunteer sign up page.
The festival dates and our food booth hours this year are:
- Friday, October 23th - 4:00 - 10:00 pm
- Saturday, October 24th - 2:00 -10:00 pm
- Sunday, October 25th - 12:00 - 5:00 pm.
It takes over 350 people for our festival to run smoothly so we are very grateful to you for sharing your time to help the success of this weekend!
Please do all that you can to show up for your shift. No shows make it very difficult for others. You may change or remove your sign up on this link until it closes October 23rd, at 5:00 pm. If the sign-up link has been closed and you cannot find a replacement, please email [email protected] or text 904-219-7053 with your name, the booth and shift you signed up for with as much notice as possible.
Our youth, under the age of 16, are encouraged to volunteer but do need to have a parent or guardian present for their shift. When signing up a youth, please choose Little Luke's Lane, Face painting, pizza, BBQ or the hotdog booth. These booths are considered safe for them to work and are led by booth heads that have been cleared through the Diocesan Safe Environment department.
Youth can get service hours for the time they work. Please stop by the volunteer booth after their shift if they need a signature for their service forms.
